Birds do it! They spread their finely layered feathers, dance in circles, and sing special mating calls! Fish do it! They carry rocks from surrounding ocean beds, build a home, fertilize their eggs and raise their young! Deer and other horned mammals fight for mating rights!
God’s plan was for us to procreate! To reproduce and replenish the earth was all part of His higher plan. When it comes to human procreation, many of us seem to learn as we go. And, oftentimes, society defines our ranking of reproduction. Top of the list? How we look, how much money we have, or are capable of making. In other words, how many rocks will we add to the nest!
For the budding hormone-driven prospect, the seduction dance begins. In our day (Allison & Gail), a movie or dinner was involved. Then the period of a drink from across the bar followed by a quick glance and an engaging smile. Soon we all learned the signs of the mating call. We had no written words on the napkin, “Beware, your moral compass is in grave danger!”
Today, like in our days, (when the wheel was invented you youngsters may be thinking), the goal is the same. People want sex. Only now, they use different tactics. The GAME has changed! The movie and dinner are no longer part of the feather fluffing. Now couples get straight to the point! Sex before we have any plans; no need for pomp and circumstance!
Truthfully, we don’t know how everyone in our society views how they engage in sex. But, we do know the outcome of playing the GAME is the same!
Sex Without Boundaries Is A Disaster Waiting To Happen
Sexual activity without boundaries is a disaster waiting to happen. Forget the possibility of an unplanned pregnancy! What about how we feel once the act is over? Yes, we found a pleasurable encounter, but at what cost? Have we spiraled our morals down to where casual sex means little more than another cup of coffee at the local hangout? Are we showing our younger generations that houses, cars, and money are what we value and not them or the person they casually encounter with all the possible ramifications?
